A new look for New Wave
The New Wave Fish Shop in Dyer Street, Cirencester has been the Cotswold town’s only independent fishmongers since it opened in 2008.
Now, after 15 years, it has undergone a complete re-branding not only changing its name to the New Wave Fish & Seafood Market but also featuring new display fridges and freezers offset by thalassic green/turquoise wall tiles.
As well as the new look and a really lovely environment, customers can expect quicker service from the four members of staff working there: Ben, Adam, Irene and Holly. Manager, Ben Hoggett said: “We have daily deliveries of fresh dayboat caught wild fish from Cornwall, responsibly farmed fish from three south coast markets and daily deliveries from Scotland. We can also offer a delivery service to our customers.
The New Wave Fish & Seafood Market at 40 Dyer Street, Cirencester (next to M&S) is open from Tuesday-Friday from 9.30am-4pm and on Saturdays from 9.30am-3pm – easy parking at The Forum car park.
New Wave also provide top quality fresh fish and shellfish from their wholesale premises on the Horcott Industrial Estate, Fairford and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails from their stylish New Wave Brasserie and Bar in Lechlade.
